It's been a while since anyone has posted.....forums become addictive wanting to know what's going on and what others are up too..it's not busy enough to continue paying for..........?

Sincere thanks to all the posters and a huge thanks to STS Mark who arguably has been the backbone of the forum.

I believe it has 39 days left before it will be cancelled so once again thanks to all who made a effort.

I'm afraid I'm one of the many who love to pop in here to see what's happening but don't really get the time to post most weeks.

Thanks for making the effort, and for hosting this for so long. I agree Mark is a star for keeping things moving, only wish we'd had more time to support him.

How about arranging a pre Xmas meet up somewhere central for a Xmas drink. Let me know where suits everyone and I'll certainly make the effort to be there.

the thing is back in the old days ( mcn ) we met loads of bikers on various rideouts .... however nowadays peoples circumstances have changed such a lot to what they were and so that's why I think the site is somewhat fragmented

and what's more do we know why STS is still highlighted in blue?

Don't think you need worry about the site coming to an abrupt halt and being cancelled because you stop paying for credits to forumotion.
All you pay for is the unique domain name for the forum and the keeping away of adverts for your users when they are signed in.
So, hopefully the site will just revert to it's original www.forumotion.forumsfree URL, (which you'll find in your administration control panel area), and keep marchin on (albeit with adverts annoying us).

Once you've dug out and found the original URL if you post it up for us all hopefully we'll all beable to carry on reaping the benefits of all your hard work.

Yup, . . . It's because one of the Administrators created a group called "MEMBERS" and put STS in it. The default colourisation for all users "Screen Names" in this group is BLUE, therefore everywhere STS pops up it'll show as shaunthesheep.

OR . . . it could just be that he is indeed a member of the Blue Rinse Brigade
