been awake since 04.30 , started with this new firm & they've put ALL gangs on the call out rota !!!! :Rules

1st time ive been on call for about 7 years ??? WTF

so not only have i had to give up the weed ( my sleep pattern ) was sorted when i was ' smoking ' Smoking

i now gotta do 7 days & nights WITHOUT BEER anorl !!!!! :beer

( now im really struggling to sleep for longer than a couple of hours straight ) :Violin

wouldnt mind but never got called last night so i could have had a couple , Crying or Very sad

just thought id share that piece of useless info with ya :lmfao

so one more thing to say to you all >>>>>>>>>>>> GET THE FUGG UP ya lazy buggers up yours

weasel64 its a funny thing you should say ya cant sleep.

I often knock the beer on the head especially when going on my hols,many a night I would lay awake till 2:30 am trying to sleep,reading a book playing with the Iphone just to try get some sleep...it's amazing giving up things makes you sleep pattern unsleepable..........LEMME ASK YA THIS............Are ya drinking lots of water..?
I did when I went with out beer for a month and ate loads of fruit.

Eventually..........You will be able to sleep again.........then again who want to go without weed and beer.........!

Just gonna get me ice cold one out the fridge.

apparently beer induced sleep is not quality sleep .... so remember once you've laid off for a while you'll get better sleep than when you're drinking .... bloody thirsty work this typing :beer
