I believe this to be the most important election of my lifetime.

Sadly, due to the wholesale mismanagement of this government many smaller parties are attracting voters for the first time. Although each is perfectly valid, and it is time for a change to the 2 party system we currently have, there is a genuine risk that a vote for any of the smaller parties will dilute the poll and gift another term to these incompetents.

I would prefer if the right wing, anti-EU parties pooled their resources to ensure the end of Labour (new or otherwise) and then fight on more equal terms in 4 or five years time for their own policies and beliefs.

No breath-holding going on here though Surprised

well after years of waiting to see what labour could do for the working man I couldn't believe how they deviated from their socialist ways of old .... people who have worked for years having paid into the system fall on hard times to get job seekers allowance for a whopping 6 months .... then those who never put anything in get to take out forever .... so labour now have plenty of support from a bunch that will never support themselves .... what a clever way to build a prosperous nation! :scrap)
