sunday COULD ( and i repeat COULD ) be the 1st REAL ride of the year ( by real ride i mean a 200 miler + ) done a few blasts out so far but only tootles ..

well I aint been out in ages .... worst bit is I seem to have a trapped nerve in my right shoulder had it for about 3 weeks now so it's stating to get me down Crying or Very sad

plus i susspect i cracked me rib/ ribs ,, kills too turn over in bed . cant even laugh like i used too ..fuckin pain in me ribs ( i know they cant do f*ck all about it )

NO MATTER ...best foot forward ...be out on the old Prilla asap ... awesome

i keep massaging me shoulder , and like " rotating me arm , see if i can free it up , but no avail ... good old 300 miler the weekend will either " free - it - up " OR " f*ck - it - up " Smile

well I didn't sleep when we were in whitby such was the pain ... then to top it all I fooked me ankles up ... whitby is hard work on the feet due to all the climbing you have to do
