I am not at all mechanically minded nor do I want to be,I just take it to get it fixed.

Went to work this morning started the Lorry up,set off temp gage was reading hot and warning light told me to stop.

There was water p!ssing out the radiator,it didn't have anit-freeze in but I did add some this morning before I set off.

It is deffo from the radiator as its that brown colour that comes out a radiator.

If I fill the radiator it takes about 20 TO 30.. minutes to empty its self, could this be a hose thats split, and would rad weld work on a 32 ton lorrys radiator.

    Thanks

where is it " blowing out " from ?

if its the radiator CAP .. could be a blown head gasket .. just a stab in the dark ..

working on the fact all the brown " sludge " is being disturbed due to water boiling over ( air getting into water jacket through blown gasket )

just a stab in the dark

also look for " creamy " deposites on the dipstick ( bit like salad cream ) on radiator cap as well

check see if theres any water comming out of exhaust ( exhausts tend to " spit " like Roy Hattersley . if the gasket has blown near the exhaust ports )

    hope this helps
