James Ellison and Glen Richards will start from pole position for tomorrow's Qatar Eight Hour race after setting the fastest lap in qualifying this afternoon by just 0.044s for the Phase One Endurance team.

Ellison and Richards have both raced for the team previously, but this is the first time Ellison will have competed in an Endurance race at Qatar, however this wasn't a problem in qualifying as he stormed to his firs pole position in six years.

Where will it be shown ? EuroSport, Sky Sports or on tinterwebby

I haven't looked what times it is on.

Looking forward to seeing James Toseland back,its s shame he struggled in Moto GP.

For those who don't already know, James Toseland is returning to World Superbikes with Yamaha, in an all-British rider team for the 2010 season. The 28-year-old, double World Superbike Champion is recognised worldwide as the UK’s number one rider and with his strong focus and commitment, we hope that this will prove to be the winning combination with the Yamaha team.
James says: "I’m looking forward to the return to World Superbikes. I want to show I’m still the rider who can win world titles. Of course there is some disappointment at losing my opportunity in MotoGP, as I believe the challenge was still achievable, but the R1 has proven to be one of the strongest bikes in Superbike and I already know many of the Yamaha World Superbike Team guys, so I’m going to pick up where I left off in 2007 and give 100% to achieving good results with the team."

and NO , i aint been with him , im saving myself for " elliecat "

i like James Toesland , thought he conducted himself brilliantly after the last race of MOTOGP , kinda " filled up " a bit for him ,

that said , he aint performed to expectations , and had too be replaced , a shame i know , teams need sucssess ( fucking difficult word too spell that is )

therefore , i DONT think he's our " No1 " rider , i think that accolade falls to young " Bradley Smith " ,, who ( without a doubt ) is our ONLY hope of GP glory , although we have too wait a couple more years . cant wait for him too cross that winning line .. i will be " drunk as f*ck " ( trust me on that )
