broken ankle / chipped bone / swollen knee ( not sure about that , there gonna have a better look thursday ) bruised leg / bruised ribs ...and aching / hurting like a b*stard ... BUT CANT WAIT TOO GET BACK ON A BIKE ( being fixed / or written off ) ... us bikers am as hard as f*ck**g nails ... ( mostly )

I've got the two seater version of that sofa, and a seriously uncomfortable matching chair.

ive always found it comfy ... slept on it loadsa times ..

sorry you lost me !

why would someone have plaster on a foot which has " atheletes " foot ??

now i aint sure excactly what athletes foot is ( and i dont find the need to look it up on google or the likes ) but im sure it is cured / treated by an anti-fungal ointment ..as i say NOT SURE ..

what i DO know is that applying plaster-of-paris , would have no benifit whatsoever ...

didnt get to sleep though till ( around ) half hour later ..as my " GOUT " was playing up

putting plaster - of - paris on " gout " will not cure it .....

tonight though ..i will be stopping up to watch " undercover boss " ...and depending on what time it finishes ( i THINK AROUND 10PM ) ..i will then partake in alcoholic beverages ( both during and after ) ..giving me a bedtime ETA of 11pm ( ish )

oh ...and me mrs will go too bed aroungd the same time

( just too add ) my mrs sleeps too the " right " of me ..thats with me lieing on my back ... should i go to sleep lieing on my front ..she will be sleeping on my left ( she will be on my left wether she's asleep or not ) ( or the right if im on my back , wether she's asleep or not .

PPS

this alternates throughout the night ..as i " toss and turn " ( too quote a phrase )

FRIDAY ...could be a late night for me

on the evening theres the usuall " football focus " on Beacon radio ...then i'll just chill out and listen too some music till around 12 midnight ..drinking loadsa booze ...and eating vast amounts of junk food ...

i will ( upon request ) get my wife to " time " all my activities leading up to bedtime ( and of course the actuall time of my retiring too bed ) ..upon request ...
