Is anyone coming to Silverstone for the Moto GP weekend. I have a small bit of land about 1 mile fron the circuit which could be available for camping.

If there is enough interest I'll see if I can get a couple of portaloos out there, otherwise if there are one or two I'll leave the option of just using the hedge.

No charge, but if I do get loos in for the weekend it would be nice if you covered the cost between you all.

    Let me know if interested?

    Shad.

Sounds like a great idea, went to the F1 last year............seriously I called loads of hotels and the nearest one to the track was 45 miles away.......Camping sounds a blast,,,,but will have to invest in all the gear....oh and a cooler for some beers and a BBQ........thinking I could bring the van, bung every thing in there.

camping is a "blast" , it involves having somthing thats called a " TENT " and basic cooking stuff ( no waiter / waitress service ) a " SLEEPING BAG " ( basically its a bag that you fit your body in too go to sleep in ) no 4 poster bed and shitt like that , inthe morning you light up the " CAMPING STOVE " ( this is basically a small cooker ) and cook a basic breakfast ...( no grill & hob ) its all best transported on a motorcycle ( would be appropriate for a bike meeting ) not a van with all the luxuries "" OUCH "" .. but yeah !!! it is a blast , ask me ...or weasle / hondabird .. you can do it on a motorcycle ...REALLY !!!! :lmfao :lmfao
