BBQ Tonight

Been sitting here as work is slow think what do I Really Really fancy........?

Well I fancy BBQ Rib-eye steak on the bone with side salad baked potato with garlic bread.

And my specialty BBQ Beans half an onion cooked in butter then add the Baked beans with 1 good desert spoon of BBQ Sauce.

Amazing flavor try it one day.

Anyway went on internet Typed in Charcoal Nottingham,rang this bloke up and asked do you stock charcoal,Yes he said and lots of coal as well..... we got 5 bags left......Went down and brought the lot will last me till next year,the bags are huge,£50 for all of them.




1 bag is the equivalent to 20 Tescos rip off.

So tonight Mathew thats what we got for Tea,and here's me thinking I gorra wait till summer........oh BTW passed by the beer shelf so brought a crate of that as well.

Steak marinating as we speak,kinell I aint been this excited since I got Steve Austin the six million dollar man doll for crimbo.

Ya must watch this dude cook a Rib-eye steak,from Texas now ya hear....Yes Sir.

mickster1 ya welcome any time..........I hope one day I get to cook you a steak,try find the best most expensive restaurant in the UK for a Steak and I will Guarantee none even come close to flavor,texture tenderness & quality as mine.

Should only season it one side, and season it, just before it goes on the BBQ

the supermarket steak you buy round here is generally tasteless gunk
oop in the North East where my bro' lives they hang the meet and it's much tastier

Why not I always ask for a fresh peace and tell em how thick i want it!
And also ask for several peaces to see marbilling and which is the best cut.

oy john as i read my mouth is watering ya git,can ya do me a vindaloo coverd steak with bombay allo chick peas n a gallon of ale followed by a proper nice smoke a bucket of sweets n good company now thats a hard act 2 folla fella.
