Food always a good topic is ya love to eat like me..!

Think I am turning into a chef,work is dreadful yesterday made Chicken chassuer home made cause I was that f kin bored...........was it any good and did it taste the same as the packet stuff.

Yeah tasted similar but me and the Mrs agreed I added too many tomatoes,that was its down fall.

Today boys and girls gonna make home made stuffing to go with our roast pork and yorky puddings for tonights tea,with bacon bits in......Whoo hooo.

450g fresh. cooked & peeled or vac packed chestnuts
1 lge onion. finely chopped
110g smoked streaky bacon. finely chopped
chopped finely
25g butter
225g good quality pork sausagemeat
4 tbsp chopped parsley
1 dessertspoon chopped thyme
¼ tsp ground mace
2 rashes of bacon
