I am also new in this forum and I am hoping to get resources and learn different things about biking. Maybe I can share some of my knowledge too.

BLT is my favorite,worked there 6 months and still enjoy them.

multiple fractures 4 operations still attending medical assessment and still need 3 more.

I used to ride a 1992 HONDA CBR250RR.

No I cant ride again,but still have the passion for bikes.
I fix many for free,takes me alot longer than others may but still attend bike meets as a pillion with a friend that rides slow just for me.

pooh happends in life and since the accident made me so much more aware that life too short to be angry about it,I have met many other people at medical assessment that ride bikes,something happens that changes your personality and whole out look on life.
In some ways it calms you and don't ask me why it makes you smile and more happier,that may not make sense but have you ever met a disable biker,if not next time you see a biker in a chair or whatever make a note of his personality and how happy he seems.
suppose thats the only choice we have.

suppose its better then being dead for sure , back in the 70's had 3 mates killed on bikes , eldest one 20 , then 18 , youngest 15 .. YES 15 ! . wont go into the details though , summat too be said for descent training though .
