    I went to start my bike and snap! The key snapped off in the ignition. So now I got to find a way to pull out the part that snapped, tweezers etc,tried magnets paper clips,just come back home to make a cup of tea,maybe drinking some tea and some thought might help me.

    Anyone got any ideas for getting it out without destroying the lock?

    HOPE I HAVEN'T GOT TO DRILL IT.

    super glue ( or areldite )the bit ya got , to the bit in the lock , leave it set . might work . otherwise , new barrel/lock ( available quite cheap )

    super glue the ends...be patient...it works one time only...but it works.

    Is that my only option then,there is nothing slim enough to get it out,tried ever small detailed skinny threaded piece of metal you can think of,paper clip,needle,hair grip you name it i have tried it.

    fucking pissed of now.

    good policy too keep some in yer toolkit , ( in the garage or wherever ) so go get some , if ya aint got none , think superglue might be too weak ... specially if ya need too " weedle " it about abit ... araldite , left over night ,

    dont forget NEW KEY CUT asap after ( not before coz it might not work , then itll be a waste of money )

    Oh Dear Mike.

    As sts has said you only option is Super Glue or Araldite,let it set over night I'm afraid,put plenty in and let set.

    If you knacker the barrel up i would worry as if that don't work you gonna have to have a new barrel anyway.
